The Emir of Yauri in Kebbi State, Dr. Zayyanu Abdullahi, has commended Governor Nasir Idris for approving N50 million for the procurement of a modern royal boat. The approval was announced during the turbaning ceremony of Dr. Yusuf Tanko-Sununu, State Minister for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, as Danmadamin Yauri at the palace of the Emir of Yauri in Yauri Local Government Area of Kebbi State on Sunday.
At the ceremony, the Emir also turbaned Senator Bala Ibn Na'Allah, former Senator representing Kebbi South, as Bauran Yauri, and Alhaji Adamu Muhammad-Birnin-Yauri, current member representing Ngaski at the State House of Assembly, as Lifidan Yauri.
