"CP Dantawaye Decorates Senior Officers with New Ranks in Kogi State"

The Kogi State Police Command has decorated newly promoted Deputy Superintendents of Police with their new ranks, marking a significant career milestone and a call for greater responsibilities. Commissioner of Police, CP Miller G. Dantawaye, psc, charged the officers to uphold the values of their service and embrace new levels of leadership and duty.

The CP emphasized that the new rank comes with increased responsibilities and expectations of greater performance and leadership. "New rank comes with increased responsibilities, expecting greater level of performance and leadership," he said. He commended the officers for their commitment, discipline, and professionalism, which earned them the promotion.

Speaking on behalf of the promotees, DSP Kai Bernard, Admin Officer Imane Division, thanked the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D, NPM, for finding them worthy of the elevation. "We will double our efforts in the fight against crime and criminality and to ensure the safety of lives and property in Kogi state," he assured.

The event was attended by family members, colleagues, and other senior officers to celebrate the officers' career milestone, symbolizing their elevated status and accomplishments. The CP emphasized that the promotion serves as a testament to the officers' unwavering commitment and sacrifices in ensuring the safety of lives and property in the state.
