The Yauri Local Government Chairman, Hon. Abubakar Shuaibu, popularly known as Abu Manager Kauran Yauri, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the Government of Kebbi State, Zuru Emirate Council, and the entire people of Zuru and Nigeria over the demise of the Emir of Zuru, retired Major General Muhammadu Sani (Sami Gomo II).
This was contained in a condolence message issued via press release to Series News Online Correspondent in Birnin Kebbi this Monday. In the message, Hon. Abubakar Shuaibu expressed his sorrow and sadness on behalf of the Yauri Local Government Council and the good people of Yauri Local Government Area.
"We are deeply saddened by the passing of the Emir of Zuru, retired Major General Muhammadu Sani (Sami Gomo II), and extend our heartfelt condolences to the Government of Kebbi State, Zuru Emirate Council, and the entire people of Zuru and Nigeria," he said.
The Chairman described the late Emir as a revered traditional leader who dedicated his life to the service of his people. "His legacy will forever be remembered in the annals of our history," Hon. Abubakar Shuaibu added.
Hon. Abubakar Shuaibu prayed that Almighty Allah grants the late Emir Aljannah Firdaus and gives the family, friends, and the entire Zuru Emirate the fortitude to bear the loss.
