Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, has approved a major overhaul of the state civil service, transferring 36 Permanent Secretaries to various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies. This bold move aims to boost the government's operational efficiency and effectiveness.
TPL Malami Muhammad Shekare, Head of the Civil Service, disclosed the development, instructing the affected officials to finalize detailed hand-over notes and assume their new roles by August 13, 2025. Copies of these notes will be filed with the Office of the Head of Civil Service for documentation purposes.
