Hon. Bello Abubakar Kaoje, the federal lawmaker representing Suru/Bagudo Federal Constituency, has taken a significant step towards improving the lives of his constituents by distributing farm inputs and assorted grains in Kaoje, Bagudo Local Government Area. The lawmaker's initiative aims to boost food production in the area and provide much-needed support to the people.
According to Hon. Kaoje, the empowerment exercise is part of his commitment to the welfare of his people. "We are distributing 4,000 bags of fertilizer, 4,000 liters of chemicals, 4,000 sprayers, and 4,500 bags of assorted grains to support our constituents," he announced. A committee of stakeholders has been set up to ensure fairness and transparency in the distribution process.
Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State, who attended the ceremony, commended Hon. Kaoje for his sustained empowerment programs. "This is not the first time Hon. Kaoje has embarked on similar initiatives. He is indeed a true ambassador, and we are proud of his representation," the Governor said. He warned beneficiaries against diverting or selling the empowerment items and urged the distribution committee to be honest in their duties.
The State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Abubakar Kana-Zuru, also spoke at the event, commending Hon. Kaoje for his commitment to grassroots development. "Don't hide yourself in Birnin Kebbi. Go out, assist, and empower the people, just as the Governor is doing," he counseled.
