Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda on his emergence as the new National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Prof. Yilwatda was elected to this prestigious position during the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of the APC held on Thursday in Abuja. Governor Idris described Prof. Yilwatda's emergence as "a welcome development and a step in the right direction for the continued progress and unity of the ruling party".
Expressing his confidence in the new APC Chairman, Governor Idris stated, "The emergence of Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda is a testament to the trust and confidence the party places in his vision and leadership. I am confident that he will bring renewed energy, inclusiveness, and strategic focus to the affairs of the APC".
Governor Idris further urged all stakeholders and party members to rally around Prof. Yilwatda and work collectively towards consolidating the party's achievements at both the national and sub-national levels. He prayed for God's guidance and wisdom for the new APC Chairman, assuring him of the continued support and solidarity of Kebbi State.
