The Technical Working Group on Gender-Based Violence (TWG on GBV) in Kebbi State has extended warm congratulations to Her Excellency, Hajiya Zainab Nasare Kauran Gwandu, the First Lady of Kebbi State and Chairperson of the TWG on GBV, on her recent appointment as Gimbiyar Gwandu by the Gwandu Emirate Council.
