M-Tech Foundation Awards N2.5m Scholarship to Kalgo Student

Kalgo, Kebbi State - In a heartwarming display of philanthropy, M-Tech Foundation has sponsored an indigenous student from Kalgo Local Government Area to pursue a degree programme at a university in Nigeria.

Sarkin Gobir Kalgo, Alhaji Haruna Jada, who presented the cash award to the beneficiary, commended M-Tech Foundation for its generosity. "We are grateful to M-Tech Foundation for supporting our son/daughter to pursue their studies," he said.

The traditional ruler revealed that the beneficiary received N2.5 million to support their academic pursuits. He appealed to well-to-do individuals in the society to emulate M-Tech Foundation's example by providing support to the needy and less privileged.
In his remarks, the Chairman of M-Tech Foundation, Kalgo Chapter, Umar Abubakar Kalgo (Waziri), said the foundation's scope of activities includes providing assistance to the needy and offering financial support to individuals.

The beneficiary, who was visibly elated, expressed gratitude to the founder of M-Tech Foundation, Engr. Munir Musa-Jega, for the kind gesture.

The event was attended by dignitaries, including the Chairman of Kalgo Local Government, representatives of Hon. Nura Atiku Kalgo, Councillor Kalgo Ward, and the Coordinator of Kauran Gwandu Association in Kalgo, Khalid, among others.
