Kebbi First Lady Backs RETSO's Renewed Hope Agenda, Pledges Support

The Kebbi State First Lady, Hajiya Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris, has thrown her weight behind the Renewed Hope Agenda championed by Senator Oluremi Tinubu. This commitment was made during the inauguration of the State Executive Members of the Remi Tinubu Support Organization (RETSO) at the Government House in Birnin Kebbi.

In her address at the inauguration, the First Lady reaffirmed her resolve to actualize the initiatives of the First Lady of Nigeria in Kebbi State. "I call on the newly appointed executive members to remain resolute, selfless, and committed to the RETSO's mission," she emphasized. "Supporting the national vision of the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, is crucial, particularly in empowering women and youth through meaningful engagement and empowerment."

Significantly, Hajiya Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris has been appointed as the Northern Chair lady of RETSO, a role that will enable her to spearhead the organization's initiatives across the region. Her leadership is poised to amplify RETSO's impact in driving social development, women's empowerment, and political awareness.

Earlier, the APC Kebbi State Women Leader, Hajiya Aishatu Muhammad Gunabi, assured RETSO of robust party support within the state. "We are dedicated to helping RETSO flourish, expanding its reach to the ward and polling unit levels to optimize impact and inclusivity across all communities," she stated.

The National Coordinator of RETSO, Hon. Yusuf Baba, expressed profound gratitude to the First Lady of Kebbi State for the warm reception and the opportunity afforded to RETSO to thrive in the state. "Her support is magnanimous and profoundly impactful," he noted. Hon. Baba also lauded the remarkable progress and development he witnessed across Kebbi State, crediting it to the visionary and people-focused leadership of the Executive Governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu.
