BREAKING: Kebbi Sharia Court of Appeal Khadi Passes Away

Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, July 13, 2025 - The Kebbi State judiciary is in shock following the sudden passing of Khadi Usman Abdullahi S/Kudu of the Sharia Court of Appeal. Khadi Usman Abdullahi S/Kudu died on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at approximately 8 pm at his residence in Birnin Kebbi.

The news of his passing coincides with the death of former President Muhammadu Buhari, who also passed away on Sunday. Funeral arrangements have been announced, with Khadi Usman Abdullahi S/Kudu set to be buried in accordance with Islamic rites tomorrow, Monday, July 14, 2025.

Funeral prayers will be held at the Gwandu Emir Palace Jumu'ah Mosque by 11 am. The Kebbi State judiciary is mourning the loss of their esteemed colleague, who served as a prominent figure in the state's judicial system.
