13,400 Bags of Fertilizer, 150 Tricycles: Sen. Aliero's Livelihood Support for Kebbi
Senator Muhammadu Adamu Aliero has launched a comprehensive empowerment initiative for his constituents in Kebbi Central, distributing an array of livelihood support materials to boost their economic prospects. The empowerment package includes 150 tricycles, 114 motorcycles, 204 deep freezers, 302 refrigerators, 740 grinding machines, 800 sewing machines, 500 water pumping machines, and 13,400 bags of fertilizer.
The Senator expressed gratitude to Governor Nasir Idris for his outstanding achievements in Kebbi's development. "Your Excellency's presence here is a remarkable honor. In many states, governors do not attend empowerment programs organized by legislators, and we appreciate your presence," he said.
Governor Nasir Idris, the Special Guest of Honor, lauded Sen. Aliero's contributions to Kebbi's development. "You have indeed improved the quality of life of your constituents. I will continue to collaborate with members of the National Assembly to enhance the living standards of our people," the Governor said.
Governor Idris cautioned beneficiaries against selling the empowerment items, emphasizing that they were intended for economic empowerment. "As Governor, I will direct security agencies to apprehend anyone selling or buying these materials. They are meant to empower you economically, not for sale," he warned.
