Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has paid a condolence visit to the Emir of Yauri, Dr. Muhammad Zayyanu Abdullahi, following the passing of his eldest daughter, Hajiya Amina. The governor attended Amina's funeral prayers at the Palace of the Emir of Gwandu in Birnin Kebbi on Thursday and visited the Emir's palace in Yauri on Friday.
During his visit, Governor Idris expressed his deep sympathy to the monarch, praying that Allah grants Hajiya Amina mercy and admits her into the Garden of Bliss, Aljannah Firdausi. The Emir, Dr. Zayyanu, appreciated the governor's sympathy and empathy, reaffirming his support and loyalty to the administration.
Late Amina Zayyanu was married to a retired Permanent Secretary, Faruq Bako, before her demise at the Sir Yahaya Memorial Hospital, Birnin Kebbi, due to a protracted illness.
