"Easter Message: Gov. Ododo Calls for Unity, Sacrifice, Love in Kogi"

Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, has called on citizens to use this year's Easter celebration as a moment for sober reflection on the values of sacrifice, love, unity, and renewal. In his Easter message to the people of the state, Gov. Ododo emphasized the importance of unity and faith in achieving a brighter future.

"Easter is not only a time of joy and celebration, but also a moment for sober reflection on the values of sacrifice, love, unity, and renewal," Gov. Ododo said. "I urge every son and daughter of Kogi State to reflect deeply on the true meaning of Easter and to rededicate ourselves to the ideals that bind us as one people."

The governor assured citizens of his unwavering commitment to building a safe, inclusive, and prosperous Kogi State. "We are focused on delivering impactful governance, sustaining peace, and attracting investments that will transform the socio-economic landscape of our dear state," he said.

Gov. Ododo also called on citizens to support the development efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting that Kogi State remains steadfast in its support for the president's Renewed Hope Agenda. "We are confident that the path he is charting will yield lasting progress for all Nigerians," he said.

The governor concluded by wishing citizens a peaceful and joyous Easter celebration. "May this Easter bring peace to our communities, strength to our bonds, and hope to every heart," he said.
