Breaking: Bauchi Governor Loses Uncle, Alhaji Muhammadu Abdulkadir, at 100

Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has announced the passing of his beloved uncle, Alhaji Muhammadu Abdulkadir, the Village Head of Alkaleri, who died on Thursday at the remarkable age of 100, following a prolonged illness

In a press release issued by his media aide, Mukhtar Gidado, Governor Mohammed described the late Alhaji Muhammadu Abdulkadir as "a pillar of wisdom and a dedicated leader in his community." He praised his uncle's century-long life, marked by "an unwavering commitment to the principles of good leadership and service."

As the Village Head of Alkaleri, Alhaji Muhammadu Abdulkadir played a pivotal role in fostering unity and development within the Alkaleri community and beyond. Governor Mohammed acknowledged his uncle's contributions, saying, "His century-long life was marked by an unwavering commitment to the principles of good leadership and service."

The Governor prayed for his uncle's soul, saying, "May Almighty Allah grant his departed soul eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus and bestow strength upon the family and community to bear this profound loss."

The funeral prayer for the late village head is scheduled to take place at the Village Head's Palace in Alkaleri.
