In a landmark ruling, the High Court of Kogi State, sitting in Lokoja, has removed the Ohinoyi of Ebira land, His Majesty Alhaji Ahmed Muhammed Tajani Anaje, from office. The court, presided over by Honorable Justice Salisu Umar, delivered the judgment on Monday, directing the defendant to cease presenting himself as the paramount traditional ruler of Ebira land.
According to reports, the case, filed by Dr. Barnabas Adeku Ojiah and two others against the Governor of Kogi State, bears the suit number HCO/05C/2024.
