The people of Libata, Kabirba, and Kwanga communities in Wara-Ngaski Local Government Area of Kebbi State have expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Three Crown Mines LTD for its exemplary corporate social responsibility initiatives. "We are indeed grateful for the company's commitment to our welfare," said Alhaji Usman Garba, the Acting Village Head of Libata.

According to Garba, Three Crown Mines LTD arrived in the community in 2023 to conduct experiments to determine the suitability of the land for mining. After obtaining the necessary licenses, the company entered into an agreement with the community to acquire the farm lands. As part of the agreement, the company agreed to pay compensation to affected farm land owners, provide job opportunities for the youth, and discharge its corporate social responsibility.

The community has started reaping the benefits of the company's presence, with the construction of two hospitals in Libata and Kabirba worth ₦90 million. The hospitals boast a capacity of 48 beds, with four wards – female, male, maternity, and pediatric wards. Other facilities include an accident and emergency unit, pharmacy, laboratory, and two consulting rooms.
In addition, Three Crown Mines LTD has sponsored 70 youths from the community to pursue degree programs at three universities: Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK), Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero, and Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. The company also provided each of the beneficiaries with ₦250,000 as upkeep allowance.

Furthermore, the company has settled the community's electricity bills for 13 months, ensuring a steady supply of electricity. The community has praised Governor Nasir Idris for ordering the stoppage of illegal mining in the area, while also commending Three Crown Mines LTD for obtaining the necessary licenses to operate.
"We want to use this opportunity to appreciate Governor Nasir Idris, Three Crown Mines LTD, and the emirate for their approval for the said mining company to operate in our community," said Garba. "We are proud of Governor Nasir Idris for ordering the stoppage of illegal mining in our communities, and we are grateful to Three Crown Mines LTD for obtaining the necessary licenses to operate."

One of the youths who benefited from the company's scholarship program expressed his gratitude, saying, "The opportunity has enabled me to pursue my education despite my parents' financial constraints. I am indeed grateful to Three Crown Mines LTD and the state government for approving their operation in our community."
