Savannah Law LP Commiserates with the Kebbi State Judiciary on the Death of Hon. Justice Halima Aliyu

The legal community is mourning the loss of Hon. Justice Halima A. Aliyu, a respected High Court Judge in Kebbi State, who passed away in Saudi Arabia. On behalf of Savannah Law LP, Hussaini Zakariya, SAN, FCTI, expressed his heartfelt condolences to the Chief Judge of Kebbi State, the Judiciary, and the immediate and extended family of the departed.

"My lord was a courageous visionary, a true champion at heart with a genuine commitment to the advancement of the Rule of law towards the fight for equitable justice," Zakariya said. "My lord was an excellent leader, advocate, inspiration, and model to every woman and human out there; on the need not to limit one’s self despite the many challenges that might present itself in the course of pursuing one’s goal, breaking one barrier at a time."

Zakariya described Justice Aliyu's death as a profound loss, but noted that the team takes solace in knowing that Allah loves her more. "We join the Ummah in praying that Allah grants her Jannah, forgives her deeds, and makes death a perfect rest for her," he said. "May the Almighty's comfort and love uphold her loved ones."

The Savannah Law LP team's condolence message reflects the high esteem in which Justice Aliyu was held, and the significant impact she had on the legal community in Kebbi State.
