Kebbi First Lady Urges Prayers, Sustainable Peace for a Better Future

Hajiya Zainab Nasare Idris, wife of Kebbi State Governor, has joined her counterparts in Nigeria to commemorate the country's 64th Independence Day celebration. The event, held at the Presidential Banquet Hall in Birnin Kebbi, featured a call for prayers, sustainable peace, and unity to achieve a better future.

Represented by Hajiya A'isha Umar Tafida, wife of the Deputy Governor, Hajiya Zainab Nasare Idris congratulated Nigeria's First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, for her support to women across the country. The First Lady's policies have positively impacted women, youth, and children in Kebbi State through various pet projects, including the NASARA Foundation.

 She than urged Kebbi State residents to sustain support, loyalty, and cooperation with the government for good governance and service delivery.

Top politicians, commissioners, house of assembly members, women leaders, local government chairmen, community leaders, students, and civil servants attended the event.
