Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, Nigeria - November 21, 202- The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) Kebbi State Chapter has expressed its sympathy to the Government and people of Kebbi State over the abduction of 25 school girls from Government Comprehensive Girls Secondary School, Maga.
In a statement signed by Aminu Adamu Kanya, Public Relations Officer of NIPR Kebbi State Chapter, the Institute commiserated with the Emir of Zuru, Alhaji Muhammad Sanusi Mikail Sami, Sami Gomo III, parents of the affected students, and the entire people of Zuru Emirate.
"The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations NIPR Kebbi State Chapter sympathizes with the Government and people of Kebbi State on the unfortunate abduction of 25 School girls and the loss of the teaching staff of Government Comprehensive Girls Secondary School, Maga," the statement read.

Adamu Argungu, praised the State Governor, Dr. Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu, and the Federal Government for their efforts to rescue the abducted girls.
"The Institute commended the State governor Dr Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu and the Federal government for the intensified efforts to ensure that the girls are rescued alive and united with their families," the statement added.
NIPR prayed for the safe return of the students and appealed to the people of Kebbi State to cooperate with the Government in its efforts to safeguard lives and property.
"We appeal to people in the state to continue to cooperate with the Government in its efforts to safeguard the lives and property, the Institute urged citizens to continue to pray for lasting peace in Kebbi State and Nigeria as a whole," the statement concluded.
