"Enabo Inspects Kebbi Pilgrims' Accommodation, Praises Meal Quality"

The Executive Chairman of the Kebbi State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, Alhaji Faruku Musa Yaro (Enabo), has visited the state's pilgrims in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, to assess their welfare and living conditions. During his unscheduled visit to the "Kauran Gwandu House" in Makkah, which is currently housing nearly 2,200 Kebbi pilgrims, Enabo inspected the living conditions, interacted with the pilgrims and officials, and personally tested the dinner being served.

Enabo commended the pilgrims for their orderly conduct during meal distribution and urged them to sustain the happy tempo. Speaking to journalists shortly after the inspection, the Chairman expressed satisfaction with the quality and taste of the meals, praising Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu), for his continuous immense support in improving the welfare of pilgrims. "I am here to assess the welfare of our pilgrims at the Kauran Gwandu House, one of the accommodations provided by the state government. I met with the Islamic scholars who are offering religious guidance and enlightenment on Hajj rites, and I also tasted the food being served, it is satisfactory," Enabo stated.

The Chairman noted the importance of routine monitoring to ensure the pilgrims' comfort and commended Governor Nasir Idris for providing additional support to enhance the Agency's operations during Hajj. "We are committed to ensuring that our pilgrims have a comfortable and successful Hajj experience," Enabo added.

Enabo also assured the pilgrims that adequate arrangements have been made for their timely transportation to Minna, stressing that no pilgrim will be left behind or denied the opportunity to perform any of the basic Hajj rites. He urged the pilgrims to exercise patience, show humility, and maintain the fear of Allah as they prepare for the key stages of Hajj at Minna, Arafat, and Makkah.

Earlier, the Chairman had joined the pilgrims in observing the Isha'i prayer, interacted with them, and advised them to remain law-abiding and respectful to their leaders. The pilgrims appreciated the Chairman's visit and expressed their gratitude to the state government for the support and care shown to them.
