"Yauri Council Chairman Condemns Deadly Attack in Mera, Offers Condolences to Families of Victims"

A devastating attack by unknown bandits in Mera, Augie Local Government Area of Kebbi State, has left 17 people dead and many more traumatized. In response to this tragedy, Chairman of Yauri Local Government, Hon Abubakar Shuaibu Kauran Yauri, has reached out to the people of Mera to offer his condolences.

During his visit, Hon Abubakar Shuaibu Kauran Yauri prayed for the deceased, asking Allah to grant them mercy and their families the strength to endure this difficult time. He also prayed for the safety and protection of the community from future attacks.

This attack is a stark reminder of the ongoing security challenges faced by Kebbi State and other parts of Nigeria. The state government has been working to address these issues through various initiatives, including collaboration with security agencies and community-based programs.
