The Honourable Minister of Works, Sen. Engr. Nweze David Umahi, CON, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General Taoreed Lagbaja, following his untimely passing. Sen. Umahi described Lt. Gen. Lagbaja as a brilliant and dedicated officer who left an indelible mark during his tenure as Chief of Army Staff of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
