The Director-General of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mrs. Zubaida Umar, has reaffirmed the agency's commitment to prioritizing stakeholder and customer collaborations for effective service delivery. Represented by Zonal Officer Alhaji Aliyu Kafindangi at a customer service week sensitization rally in Sokoto, Umar emphasized that delivering exceptional services is crucial to NEMA's success.
"The heart of a successful agency lies in its commitment to delivering exceptional services to its customers and stakeholders," she stated. "Our customers, often the most vulnerable members of society, rely on us for timely, efficient, and compassionate assistance."
Mrs. Zubaida Umar highlighted the significance of recognizing customer contributions to achieving NEMA's mission. "Whether you're on the frontline of disaster response, logistics, planning, or administration, your work is critical to emergency management," she added.
By emphasizing customer service and collaboration, NEMA aims to enhance its response to emergencies and disasters across Nigeria.
