The Sultanate Council of Sokoto has bestowed the prestigious Caliphate Award on Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State, recognizing his outstanding contributions to nation-building and public service. The award, presented by His Eminence, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III, the Sultan of Sokoto, is a testament to Governor Idris' commitment to development and his dedication to the people of Kebbi State.
"You have made the people of Kebbi State and Nigeria proud," the Sultan said. "This award demonstrates the value of your contribution to development and nation-building."
