The First Lady of Kebbi State, Hajiya Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris, has extended warm greetings and felicitations to all citizens from the holy land of Makkah, where she is currently performing Hajj. In a statement signed by her Press Secretary, Khadijat Saidu, the First Lady reflected on the values of obedience, sacrifice, and compassion that are essential in building a harmonious and prosperous society.
The First Lady urged citizens to strive to emulate the exemplary character of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and his family, who demonstrated unwavering faith and commitment to Allah's will. "Let us strive to emulate the exemplary character of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and his family, who demonstrated unwavering faith and commitment to Allah's will," she said.
The First Lady prayed for the Almighty Allah's continued blessings, peace, and prosperity upon Kebbi State. "May Allah accept our sacrifices, prayers, and good deeds," she added. She also wished a safe, comfortable, and spiritually enriching experience to all Kebbi State citizens performing Hajj alongside her.
The First Lady reminded citizens to remember the less privileged and vulnerable members of society during the celebration. "Let us remember the less privileged and vulnerable members of our society," she said. "Let us share our blessings with those in need and spread love, kindness, and compassion."
The First Lady concluded by wishing all citizens a joyous and blessed Eid-el-Kabir celebration. "Wishing you all a joyous and blessed Eid-el-Kabir celebration!" she said.
