In a bid to motivate and appreciate the hard work and dedication of its staff, the Kebbi State Government has donated brand new motorcycles to 10 members of staff, including six members of the Vigilante Group attached to the Government House, Birnin Kebbi, and four drivers. This gesture is part of the Governor's welfare scheme aimed at encouraging productivity among staff.

According to the Commissioner for Special Duties, Alhaji Zayyanu Umar Aliero, the motorcycles were donated by Governor Nasir Idris, who gave approval for the procurement and distribution of the motorcycles to staff of the Government House in batches. The Commissioner stated that the governor's administration is committed to motivating its workforce through the provision of welfare packages.

Aleiro explained that the donation of motorcycles is a continuous process aimed at encouraging productivity among staff. "Last two weeks, five domestic staff received new motorcycles on the benevolence of the governor. This Monday, ten additional staff are enjoying the same gesture, while in a fortnight, ten more workers will go home riding new motorcycles," he said.

The commissioner handed over the keys to the beneficiaries, commending Governor Idris for his commitment to staff welfare. This gesture is expected to boost the morale of government house staff and encourage them to be more dedicated to their duties.
