Tinubu's Compassionate Leadership: A Beacon of Hope for Nigerians

Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has hailed Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of Nigeria, as a compassionate and caring leader who has dedicated her life to serving humanity. Speaking at the distribution of food items and palliatives for Christmas and New Year at the Umaru Musa Yar'adua Conference Centre in Kaduna, Governor Sani praised Senator Tinubu's numerous social intervention programmes aimed at uplifting the living conditions of the poor, weak, vulnerable, and underserved in Lagos State.

As First Lady of Lagos State, Senator Tinubu initiated several programmes, including the New Era Foundation, which focuses on promoting public awareness on environmental health and community service. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed, with Governor Sani noting that she has continued to support the welfare of Nigerians as First Lady of Nigeria, particularly through her Renewed Hope Schemes for the Elderly and Women.

Governor Sani also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his commitment to alleviating the pains of Nigerians through various social intervention programmes. He described President Tinubu as a listening President who hears the cries of his people and takes measures to lessen their pains.

The Governor's administration has also made significant strides in promoting a pro-poor, people-centered administration, with notable achievements including the opening of over two million bank accounts for poor, vulnerable, and underserved persons to benefit from State and Federal Government's social intervention programmes.

As Kaduna State celebrates the festive season, Governor Sani urged the people to consolidate on the prevailing peaceful atmosphere, citing the Kaduna Peace Model as a success story that is gaining recognition and acceptance from conflict-impacted states.
